Feelings School

In addition to my own practice, I am lucky enough to be a member of the Feelings School team. Feelings School is a short-term (8-12 week), skills-based, family-involved program for school-aged children, and is designed to support children and their caregivers further develop emotional regulation and coping skills.

Referrals

Finding the right therapist and treatment is an ongoing process which can take lots exploration and collaboration. If, in our work together, we decide that specific interventions or further evaluations are appropriate, I am happy to provide referrals for additional services. Some of these services may include:

  • Adult and child psychiatrists for prescription and medication management.

  • Neuropsych evaluations, which provide a comprehensive comprehensive assessment of your child’s intellectual, social-emotional, and behavioral functioning.

  • Early invention assessments and services for young child, ages 0 - 3 years.

  • OT, PT, and social-skills groups for children.

  • Couples counseling and mediation.

  • Educational, skill-building, and support groups for individuals and children.


Additional Support

Sometimes we need support outside of the therapy room and there are many resources out there to help. Here are a few that may be able to provide critical assistance and care:
